---- Chapter 200 At midnight, Sebastian changed into one of Mark's shirts and drove Valeria home. Along the way, she fell asleep leaning against the seat. Her lashes fluttered slightly from time to time. When they passed a pharmacy, Sebastian pulled over. He went in to buy some medicine, and when he returned, Valeria was still asleep. He opened her small white purse, gently placed the oral spray inside, and tucked a loose strand of hair behind her ear before starting the car again. As the car entered the neighborhood, it jolted slightly over a speed bump and made Valeria stir awake.
She rubbed her eyes and said to Sebastian, "You can stop here. When she got out of the car, he rolled down the window and asked, "What time tomorrow night?" "L.." Valeria hesitated. 'I have something to do tomorrow." She was planning to visit Margaret in her hometown. Halfa year ago, Sebastian never would've thought he'd end up getting played like that by a woman. Yet, here he was, going out of his way for her. "What about the day after tomorrow?" Valeria shook her head again. '"The day after tomorrow is New ---- Year's Eve." "How about the day after that?" Sebastian gritted his teeth.

She stayed silent. "valeria, are you seriously trying to suffocate me?" He shouldn't have gone soft on her. Valeria replied, "It's a busy time of year. I'm sure you'll have guests to entertain at home too." Even if there were guests, Sebastian's presence was never really required. With barely contained frustration, he asked, " Then, what about two days after tomorrow?" "Maybe-" Valeria's voice faltered as Sebastian shot her a look that silenced her instantly. There were three words he couldn't stand hearing anymore: " Maybe next time." He'd figured it out.
Those words were her way of dodging him, delaying him, and putting off any real answer. Sebastian warned, "Valeria, say those three words again, and T'll throw you in the back seat. I'll make sure that you won't even be able to walk after I'm done with you tonight." Valeria was about to say something when she noticed a familiar lady from the neighborhood walking by. She instinctively ducked, letting the car shield her from view. Once the woman had passed, she turned to Sebastian, asking, "Isn't your birthday coming up? Let's meet then instead." ---- Hearing that, Sebastian smiled.
"Valeria , do the math. How many days away is my birthday?" She stared at him, seeing through his double standards . He had said his birthday was coming soon and demanded a gift. Now, he was suddenly acting like it was months away. "T really don't have time these few days," Valeria insisted. Sebastian went quiet for a few seconds and raised his brow slightly. "Take off your lingerie and leave it with me." Her face flushed instantly. Even standing in the cold wind couldn't cool her down. At that moment, she wanted nothing more than to run over and cover his mouth.
His gaze locked onto hers-it was firm and unyielding. Valeria reluctantly gave in. "I... I'll go upstairs and get you a new one instead." Sebastian's voice was low and husky as he demanded, "I only want the one you're wearing." Otherwise, he truly didn't know how to endure the long days ahead. He wasn't a machine. He couldn't just shut down his desires. He'd nearly gone all the way just now, only to let her go again. His self-control had already been stretched to its limits. Valeria inhaled deeply, and her fingers curled into a fist.
Finally, she let out a sigh and muttered, "You're insane." She opened the car door, got in, reached under her sweater , ---- and unhooked her bra from the back. Then, she tossed it at him and got out of the car. "Alright." Sebastian watched her walk away. He probably was insane. Whatever it was, it ran deeper than he ever expected.
