Greyson collapsed beside the sofa and drifted into slumber.

Meanwhile, Madilyn had been released from the police station some time ago. Her bank account held only a small balance. It wasn't much since she had developed a habit of overspending and failed to save. In the past, whenever she ran out of money, she could simply ask Greyson for help.
