Carol's sneer only deepened. "Scared now? Just imagine when the whole world sees that video. Your reputation will be destroyed. I can't wait to watch you try to survive in this town after that."

Alexa, having overheard Carol's cruel threat, finally understood the depths of her employer's scheme. Uneasy, she glanced back and forth between Linsey and the men.
