Chapter 189 See You In Class A few of Chantel's crew stood up, too, flashing mischievous grins. The vibe in the classroom changed in a heartbeat. People nudged their friends, signaling them to check out the show. Stella didn't bother turning around. She just shot a lazy, sideways glance, her long lashes half-lowered, and there was a hint of mischief in her eyes, like she was teasing a puppy. Her flawless face stayed totally calm. With her hands stuffed in her school uniform jacket, she walked out of the classroom.
In the hallway, Stella walked against the flow of students with Chantel's crew trailing after her. Because of her run-in with Conrad in the auditorium earlier, everyone was watching her, and the once lively hallway suddenly felt tense and awkward. Stella didn't even bother to acknowledge them, heading straight for the restroom. She didn't bother with her hands and just kicked the door open with her foot. The noise made Chantel and her crew jump, their smoke break interrupted.
Chantel squinted, flicked her ash onto the floor, and drawled, "You really had the nerve to show up?" She shot a look behind Stella as she spoke. A yellow cleaning sign was propped up outside the restroom. Someone closed the door from the outside. The whole restroom was now shut in, trapping everyone inside. "Wasn't it you who told me to come?" Stella said, flashing a lazy smile. Chantel was disappointed. She'd expected to see some fear on Stella's face. After all, this wasn't the first time she'd tried something like this.
But Stella looked totally unfazed, not even a hint of panic, and suddenly it just wasn't as fun anymore. Chantel asked, "Aren't you scared?" 'Is she really this calm?' Chantel wondered. Stella just shrugged, walked over casually, and flung the window open with a bang. She thought, 'Third floor, huh? 'Nice' "Scared of what?" Stella leaned back against the wall, looking straight at Chantel. The five girls with her sneered, eyeing Stella like she was just some stray lamb for the slaughter. Chantel stepped right up to Stella, her voice low and threatening.
"Stay away from Declan, or else..." She lifted the lit cigarette butt in her hand, her eyes full of malice. An untimely snort of laughter cut through the tension. Stella covered her mouth with her hand. "Sorry, I just can't help it. This is honestly kind of funny." She really couldn't hold it in. She thought, 'Why are their tricks still so predictable? 'And their lines are still the same old script?' Chantel's face darkened, her expression freezing. She was about to raise her hand to slap Stella, but Stella looked up and met her gaze directly.
Stella asked, "How many times have you pulled this stunt?" Chantel stayed silent. Stella continued, "How many people have you done this to?" 1/3 Successfully unlocked! Chapter 189 See You In Class Chantel still didn't say a word. Since Chantel was turning her back to others, nobody noticed her eyes had gone totally blank, like she was a puppet with the strings cut. Stella's gaze slid past Chantel, landing casually on the other girls. "And you guys as well." One of them snapped, "You fucking-" Stella just smirked, totally unbothered.

She lazily pointed at Chantel, and in the next instant, Chantel whipped around and slapped the girl hard across the face. Everyone was floored by that slap. Not a single sound in the restroom. That girl's eyes went wide. "Chantel, have you lost it?" But that was just the beginning. Chantel went berserk, swinging at everyone in her crew like she'd lost her mind. All hell broke loose in the restroom. Outside, the girls guarding the door heard the ruckus and, thinking it was just the same old drama, exchanged smug glances, grinning cockily.
Stella, leaning against the window, lazily checked her neatly trimmed nails. Figuring things were getting way too loud, she just coolly turned on all the faucets. Water gushed out, and the sound instantly drowned out all the fighting noises inside. Chantel could hold her own, but she was outnumbered. Fists and feet were flying everywhere, and soon it was just a mess of bodies brawling together. Nobody could even tell who was fighting whom anymore. Stella stepped back with a cold, thin smile on her lips, calmly letting them duke it out.
A cigarette pack tumbled out of the chaos, rolling right up to her shoe with a clatter. She cocked her head, eyeing the words on the pack: [Smoking is harmful to your health.] Stella asked, "Is it good?" She lifted her gaze. Stella looked sweet as sugar when she asked, but the darkness lurking in her amber eyes gave her a dangerous, femme fatale vibe. Chantel stiffened. Five minutes later, all the girls who'd been fighting were now crawling on the cold restroom floor, cigarettes jammed into their mouths, noses, and ears.
The pack that had tumbled to Stella's feet was completely wiped out, not a single one left. The restroom was thick with smoke. The bell rang for class. Stella smiled. "If you love smoking so much, then smoke till you drop." She couldn't help but think that she was such a saint. They wanted her to come to the restroom for a 'discussion', so she came, just like they asked. They loved smoking, so she made sure they got more than enough. The real kicker was that she didn't even throw a single punch. They were too busy beating each other up.
Stella was just the picture of innocence, a pure bystander and witness from start to finish. She thought, 'Yep, that's all there is to it.' Stella, not feeling guilty in the slightest, pulled out her phone right in front of the girls and dialed. She'd caught 2/3 Chapter 189 See You In Class the principal's public number on the bulletin board when she passed the first floor earlier. Guess that came in handy after all. Before the call even connected, Stella couldn't help but think to herself just how "kind" she was being. She was basically rescuing a bunch of lost girls.
"Sir, just letting you know there's a fight and some girls smoking in the third-floor restroom," Stella said. She didn't even wait for a response and just hung up. Then she smiled. Chantel and her girls just stared, totally stunned. They thought, 'Are you freaking kidding me? 'She really just tattled to the teacher?' Seeing the accusation in their eyes, Stella corrected them with a smirk, "Just to be clear, I'm snitching to the principal." The girls just stared at her, dumbfounded. Stella snapped her fingers with a stylish flair. Chantel shivered, suddenly jolting awake.
Pain shot through her and she gasped, "What the hell happened to me?" Coughing and choking, she could barely catch her breath. Chantel's crew just stared at her, lost for words. Stella walked right up to Chantel, bent down, and cupped her chin, forcing her to look up. "You got lucky today. I promised someone I'd keep my hands clean, but next time? You won't be so lucky." Stella just chuckled, like this was all a game to her. Chantel was totally dazed, still trying to process what had happened.
Stella let go of her, fixed her uniform with total composure, and then tied a couple of safety knots in her skirt to keep things modest. Outside, they could already hear the principal, the dean, and some teachers approaching. "Chantel?" One of the girls guarding the door came in. At that exact moment, Stella sat on the windowsill she'd opened earlier. As the door swung open, the wind caught her hair, sending it flying. The whole scene was like a dream. It was etched into their eyes, impossible to forget. They thought, 'Wait, what? 'The windowsill? Is she for real?
'Hold up, this is the freaking third floor!' Stella just lifted her hand, gave everyone a casual wave, and flashed a smile. "See you in class." With one hand, she just swung herself right out the window. The rest of the girls were frozen in shock. 'Holy shit!' Everyone was losing their minds. 3/3 Editorial Board Editorial Board Our editorial team works behind the scenes to refine each chapter, maintain consistency, and deliver the best reading experience.
