Chapter 9 Thane Under the damn bed .
My heart aches for the little Omega .
To be rescued from a cage , only to feel safer hiding underneath a bed is terrible .

I quickly enter my office and settle at my mahogany desk .
The mountain of paperwork I need to get through is piling up , but I cant bring myself to care right now .
Running my hands through my hair , I start reviewing documents and signing off on permits for new builds and businesses , when there is a knock on my door .
The smell of lemons wafting in from the hall .
