Chapter 909 She gave Daisy a pointed look; Lila didn't notice that her mark was now gone, so Noah no longer had control over Daisy. She reached up and touched the smooth part of her neck, a small smile ghosting her lips. I knew what she was thinking even when she didn't say it out loud this time. She was free. "Your brother has been nothing but nasty to me," Daisy said once she found her voice. "He marked me without my consent and had been using me to mess with Gavin and his family for years. I don't want any part of this anymore. My ties with the Blackwells are over.
You took too much of me, and I know I can't get those pieces back, but I'm going to try and rebuild myself without your influence." Gasps erupted everywhere, and I had a sense of pride that Daisy was standing up for herself against those who had bullied her for all these years. It was inspirational, and I hoped it spoke volumes to others around us. "I have no idea what you are talking about," Lila said, her eyes narrowing. "We've been friends forever. Why wouldn't you tell me that my brother was doing this to you?" "I have," Daisy said, stepping closer to her.
"You've helped him torment me, Lila. We aren't friends... you're a psychopath and not fit to be a Luna. You've been lying to everyone. You only want control. You're upset because the Moon Gem didn't work for you, and now there's proof that you aren't the powerful one. Judy was the one who broke the bond between Noah and me, and everybody saw it." Lila's face went pale as she turned to look at everyone. Olivia and her friends had just arrived too, and they were looking around curiously, frowning.

"I'm not sure what happened here, but it was a lie set out to make me look bad," Lila said, turning to face Daisy again. "You are making this up, and it's best if you shut the fuck up." "I'm not the one making things up. That billion-dollar check isn't real. Your parents cut you off, so you are desperate for money," Daisy hissed, making everyone gasp. Lila's face paled, but she wasn't backing down. "Shut up! You are lying," Lila growled, her eyes flashing to Noah, who was still recovering and simmering with anger. Daisy let out a dark laugh as she pointed at her neck.
"The mark your brother left on me is gone. He no longer influences me." "Try again," Noah growled as he lunged at her, making her eyes go wide. In It happened so fast that Gavin didn't have enough time to grab me and pull me away. I was already in front of Daisy, my hands out, just as Noah' canines were outstretched, and was seconds away from biting her again Suddenly, he completely stopped and then bounced backwards. My entire body was trembling as I watched him fall to the ground, a pained groan leaving his mouth as he rolled around on the ground, trying to recover himself.
There were more gasps as everyone took a step back, and when I looked around, I realized a hazy shield surrounded me. Daisy was behind me with eyes wide as she looked around the shield that surrounded us. "Did you do this?" She asked, her voice coming out slightly higher than a whisper. "I think so," I whispered; it was an even stronger shield than before. I didn't have enough time to comprehend it, though, because suddenly pain erupted in my lower abdomen, and I had no choice but to elease the shield so could clutch my belly.
I felt the warm moisture pooling between my legs, and tears blurred my vision. I'm not sure what happened after that. I could hear screaming, and I heard my name being shouted in the distance, at least it sounded like was in the distance honestly wasn't sure... it could have been right next to me for all I knew, but the pain was too much, and I wanted to curl up in a ball and sob. Gavin's arms were around me in an instant, and he was lifting me off the ground. I felt too weak to fight him despite the fierce pain that shot through my body from the sudden movements.
"It's okay," he whispered against my ear. "I'm taking you to the hospital." "Eliza's clinic..." I whispered weakly, and I wasn't sure if he could hear me. "Take me there..." "Judy-" he started to protest. "I think the baby's coming," I blurted, my eyes opening slightly so I could look up at him. "I need to see Eliza."
