The next morning, Celeste finally received a reply from Trevor.

“Sorry, | only just saw your missed call. | have something very

important to handle tomorrow. As for the divorce, we'll have to

find another opportunity.”

After reading his message, Celeste found she had nothing left to

reproach him for.

After all, this time, she too had missed the chance to go and get

the divorce certificate because of her own work.

She didn't reply.

That evening, Celeste attended a banquet with Matthias.

Wynn and her family were also present, as was Beck.
