---- Chapter 9 Before the man could finish speaking, his body flew backward. The ragdoll snapped its leg back from the kick as easily as if it had only swatted a fly. Istared in shock. Since when had the ragdoll become this strong? The man's face twisted in disbelief. A tiny doll had just sent him flying. "T'm gonna kill you!" But before he could even recover, he was launched again. This time, he hit the ground harder. His face smashed into the dirt, blood running freely. He couldn't even stand.
Just when it looked like the ragdoll was going to beat him to death, it suddenly stopped and grabbed my hand. Then it used my fingers to lift the knife he had dropped and plunged it straight into his heart. The familiar system chime echoed. ---- [Player Franklin Hanson has been eliminated.] My balance shot up by several hundred coins. My eyes sparkled. "Bunny, you're amazing! You even let me have the kill." The chat exploded. (Weren't these two supposed to be weak monsters? I left for a minute, and now they're so strong!) (That doll is insane. Those moves were incredible.

Can I beg it to teach me?] [Franklin was ranked 26th. How did he get destroyed by a doll?] [Am I imagining it, or did its fighting style look a little like Big V's?] (That makes no sense.] From that point on, everything spiraled out of control. The ragdoll dragged me through the forest, and we hunted players one after another. It turned into a slaughter. ---- My coins rose so quickly that it felt unreal. We had started out as prey, but now, we were the hunters. Those powerful players became our targets. The thrill surged through me.
I watched the coin count climb, my eyes crinkling with delight. "Bunny, at this rate, we could rule this dungeon! Aside from the final boss, we're unstoppable!" The ragdoll puffed out its chest. "Even the boss is nothing. We're the strongest." I didn't know whether to laugh or worry. Bunny had clearly gone into overdrive. Thit its bunny tail lightly, and its legs buckled at once. It curled against me, burying its face against my chest and refusing to move. I laughed softly. "Why do you always cling to me like this?" "You smell good, and your skin is so soft.
I wanna stay ---- with you forever." For a split second, it sounded exactly like something Victor would say. "Bunny, where did you learn to talk like that?" "Tt's a gift." Iwas speechless. Bunny really did sound like my boyfriend. I shook my head, thinking I was just exhausted. The ragdoll added, "Now that you have so much money, you can buy your boyfriend the clothes you want." I nodded. "I just don't know what kind of clothes he would like." "Anything you choose, he'll love." Once again, the ragdoll sounded like it had read my mind. "Bunny, I'll introduce you to my boyfriend some day.
He's incredible, and you don't have to be scared of him anymore." The ragdoll suddenly asked, "Do you admire him?" "Of course. He's amazing. He can be annoying and full of ---- himself sometimes, but he's very good to me. Wait... why is your butt sticking up like that? Your tail is wagging so fast." The ragdoll replied, "I'm a little warm." Something about that felt off. "Ever since I got you away from Victor, you've seemed strange..." Before I could finish, the ground trembled. Trees tore free from the earth, and vines burst from the soil.
Towering trunks closed in around us as the forest lunged from every direction.
