---- Chapter 609 Emin squeezed his wife's hand. "Mr. Grimwald, may | do it?" His voice stayed low and hoarse, each word trembling with suppressed rage. No man with any pride could watch his wife being bullied to this point. With his boss behind him, he no longer needed to hold back a single ounce. "Emin, even if you beat them to death today, | can afford it." | let out a quiet chuckle. "A man lives in this world to protect his wife. Do it." "Good." Emin wasted no breath on anything more. He shot forward in the next second with nothing held in reserve.
His speed did not match Byleth or Ashera, yet he charged like a furious tiger and slammed into the group of thugs with a roar. Every punch and kick carried the weight of his anger. The small- time gangsters crumpled after two hits at most. Bones cracked, and screams filled the cramped apartment. Soon, the intruders collapsed into a heap of groaning bodies on the floor. Only Drake and two of his lackeys stayed upright, ---- pressed against the security door and shaking like leaves in a storm. No one had expected the mild, honest-looking Emin to unleash such force once cornered.
Drake's face had gone white, and he shook so badly he nearly wet himself. "Don't come over! We won't charge extra anymore, all right? We'll stick to the original contract..." "Emin, enough." My voice cut through the chaos and pulled him back from the brink Emin halted, chest heaving. A note of reluctance edged his words. "Mr. Grimwald, you want to let them go?" Before Drake could breathe out in relief, | smiled coldly. "Who said I'm letting them go? If you beat them senseless, who will clean your home? Your wife shouldn't have to stare at this mess.

And the paint on the door, make them scrub off every bit of it." Emin froze. His anger had blinded him to the aftermath, and he would never want his wife to face wreckage like this. He looked at me with gratitude. "Mr. Grimwald, you think of everything." He returned to his wife's side and stood guard. | walked straight up to Drake and drove a hard kick into his ribs. " ---- You deaf? Take your two useless lackeys and clean everything. Inside and outside. If you don't, your ending will be worse than anything on this floor." Sebastian's smile stayed calm, but Drake saw a demon grinning at him.
His knees nearly buckled. "Okay! We'll clean it! Please don't hit us!" He scrambled up and dragged his lackeys with him. The three moved faster than sanitation workers on overtime. In less than half an hour, the apartment and the hallway gleamed. Sweating and miserable, they shuffled back with bitter faces. "Sir, may we go now? We cleaned everything." | gave him a brief glance. "Not yet. You smashed plenty when you barged in. Pay for the damages." Drake trembled again.
"I'll pay, I'll pay!" Resentment flickered in his eyes, but he did not dare voice a word ---- Fortunately for them, the place only held old furniture. Replacing everything cost very little. "Sir, I'l transfer the money now." With a grimace uglier than crying, Drake pulled out his phone and sent over 2,000 dollars. " Can we go now?"
