Chapter 4 Rita ignored the chatter.
After the speech, she made her way to the washroom to freshen up.
When she came out of the washroom,she caught sight of a familiar figure in the hallway.
Nelson was propped up against the wall, holding a cigarette.
He looked like one of those models on the cover of GQ magazine, elegant, butroguishlyhandsome.
Ritas eyes flickered,but she quickly composed herself.
He was faster than she had anticipated.
